Bring to a boil 1 liter (1.06quart) of water per 100 grams (3,53 oz.) of pasta
Add 10 gr of salt (0.35 oz.) per liter of water
After 30 seconds add the pasta in the pot
Wait 30 seconds and add the remaining desired quantity. Repeat the stirring every minute until you reach the cooking time, indicated on the bag for “al dente”, otherwise continue to cook the pasta to the desired consistency.
Use a strainer to remove the water and mix with the selected condiment
